Who we are

This website is operated by Zero One Alpha LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). αClinic is one of our products. Our postal address is available on request. For anything about privacy, write to hello@alphaclinic.ai.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately small. The site has one form, for booking a walkthrough, and no accounts, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics.

• Walkthrough requests. When you book a walkthrough, we receive your name, work email, practice name, role, roughly how many faxes your practice handles a day, and any note you add. We send you one confirmation email, and we use these details only to arrange and follow up on the walkthrough.
• Email you send us. If you write to us directly, we receive what you choose to write, plus your email address.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, which can include IP address, browser type and the page requested. They hold these on our behalf.

Please don't send patient information

This website and our email are not the place for protected health information. Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, records or any other health details in a message to us. If you're evaluating αClinic, we'll agree how any real data is handled, under a signed agreement, before any of it is shared.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to keep a record of the conversation, and to keep the site working and free of abuse. We don't sell personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it to train models.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, the UK and EU GDPR), ours is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the site, and your consent when you choose to write to us.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The detail is in our Cookie Notice.

Who else sees it

A small number of providers handle parts of this site on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which involves your IP address.
• Neon hosts the database where walkthrough requests are stored.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our email, and Microsoft Teams receives notice of walkthrough requests.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We'll also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Walkthrough requests and email are kept for 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period our hosting provider sets. Ask us and we'll delete your messages sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@alphaclinic.ai and we'll act on it. We don't charge for this and we won't treat you differently for asking. If you're in the UK or EU and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. If you believe you've found a security problem, please tell us at hello@alphaclinic.ai before disclosing it publicly, and we'll work with you.

αClinic and patient data

Patient information that a practice processes in αClinic belongs to that practice. We handle it as a business associate under the agreement and Business Associate Agreement we sign with the practice. This website policy doesn't govern that work and gives us no rights over a practice's data.

Changes

If we change how the site handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here, not made quietly.
